  33. Repairs - If a home buyer or seller needs repairs made on their property, I can refer clients to licensed contractors and vendors.
  34. Strong team support – When I am not readily available (family vacations), I will provide an agent that can help assist clients and find out the information they need.
  35. Open houses – I know how important open houses are for their clients and are an effective marketing tool when it comes to the selling process.

I can provide clients with necessary information and refer clients to insurance companies who handle flood insurance.
